Truffles at Vinitaly
Vinitaly is the most important specialized exhibition of the Italian and international wine business.
2023 edition took place from 2nd to 5th April, with more than 4000 exhibitor companies and 450.000 visitors coming from Italy and from all over the world.
Giuliano Tartufi captured the wine specialized operators with his truffle products and with a 70sqmt stand dedicated to receiving the many long-awaited clients coming to the annual Verona Fiere’s event. There, for the entire duration of the exhibition, an exceptional show cooking was held by Chef Jacopo Strozzini together with Chef Mirko Crocioni from San Giorgio Restaurant in Umbertide, an expert in Umbrian haute cuisine and in the use of precious products like Truffle.
