  • 12 king prawns
  • 20 shrimptails  
  • 1 Truffle Cocktail Sauce
  • 250g iceberglettuce
  • 3 cloves  of garlic
  • Giuliano Tartufi’sSpray Oil – Black Truffle flavour – to taste
  • Giuliano Tartufi’s Sicily Salt with Black Truffle – to taste
  • Parslystems – to taste. 

Method

Shell king prawns and shrimp tails, devein them cutting the upper part.

Put unpeeled garlic, parsley stems and black truffle oil in a preheated pan. 

When their aromas have been released, add king prawns first, then shrimp tails, and let them brown on both sides. Season with truffle salt, sprinkle with a little water and remove from heat.

Cut lettuce into julienne and arrange it on a plate, place king prawns and shrimp tails onit, coat with Truffle Cocktail Sauce and your dish is ready to taste during a beautiful summer night… Enjoy!
