This was the goal of the traditional Easter breakfast that Giuliano Martinelli offered to his guests, paying homage to the precious treasure that the earth preserves and that man tries to enhance.

Inside the headquarters of his company, Giuliano Tartufi in Pietralunga, Giuliano Martinelli has offered authorities and journalists the delicacies of Umbrian gastronomy: torta al formaggio (a savourycheese cake), local cured meats and, of course, his always present truffle in all its variations.

 

“I like to re-propose our lifestyle through its phases: first the truffle hunting and then the snack, which has become more of a lunch. I do not take anything for granted, neither the cuisine, nor the abundance that the truffle possesses.”

On this occasion “his majesty” the truffle has shared the spotlight with the excellent music of the master Fabio Battistelli and the musician Anthony Guerrini, who have paid homage to an excellence of Italian music: Ennio Morricone.
