Giuliano Tartufi was founded in 1991 by Giuliano Martinelli, current CEO, whose passion for truffle was born in 1980, first trading with fresh truffles.  Initially starting with artisanal methods, nowadays the company is a leader in the global market, thanks to the production of many preserved product lines and to its trademark, renowned in about 90 Countries and identified by the pictorial graphic representation of a diamond ring.

The company’s mission is to spread the culture of Truffle throughout the world, bringing this precious fruit of the ground on the tables everywhere in the world, thanks to an affirmed strategy:A line of preserved products based on a strong production capacity and suitable for different way of consumption. The Company is very flexible.
